Ultraísmo is named after an experimental art movement and the doctrine of an avant-garde group of Spanish poets in the early 1920s. It represented a radical break with traditional forms of poetry and a desire to create a new, more dynamic, and innovative form of expression that reflected the rapidly changing world.
